Our Catering Style

We specialize in elevated Greek–Mediterranean cuisine with a focus on bold flavors, refined presentation, and smooth service. Every event is fully customized to your vision.

Service options include:
• Luxury buffet service (most popular)
• Family-style platters delivered to each table
• Individual plated meals
• Food-truck-style window service

 

All buffet pricing includes setup, tables, chafing dishes, flatware, serving pieces, and complete service — no hidden fees.

Pricing

Wedding menus begin around $42+ per guest, with most events ranging $36–$50 per person depending on selections and service style.
Minimum to book Thursday–Sunday is $1,500+.

​

We never charge travel fees, mileage fees, rental fees, setup fees, or automatic gratuity.
Gratuity is appreciated but never added.

How Booking Works

To create a seamless and efficient planning experience, all events follow the same simple process:

​

1. Inquiry: You reach out with your event details.

2. Conversation: We briefly discuss your guest count, event date, preferred service style, and overall vision so I can understand exactly what you’re looking for.

3. Sample Menu: I send a curated sample menu aligned with your vision to help you explore options and pricing.

4. Proposal: I prepare a detailed proposal and invoice for your review.

5. Approval: You review → revise → approve the final version.

6. Deposit: A 50% deposit secures your date.
   Dates are not reserved until the deposit is received.

7. Final Check-In: I reach out about a month before the event to finalize all details.

 

White Fox Taverna typically books 12–24 months in advance, especially for peak wedding dates.

Deposit, Cancellation & Revision Policy

Your 50% deposit is refundable up to 30 days before your event, minus a non-refundable 25% portion that covers administrative time, planning, and banking fees.

If an event is canceled within 30 days of the event date, the full deposit becomes non-refundable.

For any qualifying refunds, the refundable portion will be returned within 30 business days of the cancellation date.

Once the deposit is received, the menu is considered finalized.
Any revisions after booking are billed at:
• $25 per 15 minutes
• $50 per 30 minutes
• $75 per 45 minutes
• $100 per hour

 

This covers menu redevelopment, portion adjustments, admin time, and updated documents.
Fees may be paid immediately or added to the final invoice.

We cater weddings and private events across Maine:
Farmington • Augusta • Bangor • Midcoast • Down East • Southern Maine • York Beach • The County

 

There are no mileage or travel fees.
